For every umbrella sold, an umbrella is gifted to someone in need. Every umbrella has Jeremiah 29:11 printed inside:

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Our homeless neighbors always need care packages with individual-size hygienic products and snacks. You can do your part by hosting a collection drive at your workplace, school, or place of worship.

Packages include essential items like:


  • Shampoo

  • Conditioner

  • Lotion

  • Soap

  • Deodorant

  • Band-Aids

  • Antiseptic Spray

  • Bug Spray

  • Socks

  • Toothbrush

  • Toothpaste

  • Q-Tips

  • Comb/Brush

  • Sunscreen

  • Bottled Water

  • Snacks

  • Quarters for Laundry

  • Bombas Socks

Portable and individually-portioned

  • Fruit Cups or Canned Fruit

  • Crackers of Any Kind

  • Soft/Chewy Granola or Protein Bars

  • Trail Mix

Next SCAT Bus Station Outing

March 14

Join us at Woodland Community Church (9607 S.R. 70 E./Bradenton) at 9:15 am to assemble the meals and/or at the Downtown SCAT Bus Transfer Station (150 North Lemon/Sarasota) at 11:30 am to pray with and distribute meals, hygiene kits, and other essentials to our neighbors experiencing homelessness. 

Next SOZO Missions Outing

March 17

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a limited number of volunteers are permitted on site. If you would like to join us at the Oasis Community Center (3124 17th St. E./Samoset) to serve the middle-schoolers of SOZO, please email us first. We serve dinner at 6:30 pm and enjoy fellowship with the kids before their Bible study.

Weekly Business Meetings


To keep everyone safe during  the pandemic, we are currently conducting our meetings via Zoom. If you would like to "attend" a meeting on Wednesday at 6:00 pm, please email us for the details. We look forward to welcoming you and your input!
