What Do We Do?
We share God’s love and mercy with those who need it most. We engage with our homeless neighbors by bringing:
meals, hygiene products, bicycles, umbrellas, and
prayers to their environment. We also partner with other organizations that help people overcome addiction, support children and youth living in poverty, and combat sex trafficking. In short, we are a humble group of volunteers spreading God’s love to our neighbors in need.
The women
In 2014, a women's bible study at Woodland Community Church challenged itself to serve the community in a meaningful way.
Without knowing what was on the other’s heart, two members separately mentioned providing umbrellas to the homeless.
They knew God had spoken to them.
